This boneless and rolled turkey breast joint is latticed with streaky bacon for extra flavour. Dry-plucked, hand-finished and hung in cold stores on the farm for 10-14 days to really allow the flavours to develop. Well-known for its premium flavour and tender meat, our Bronze Turkeys are reared using traditional methods. Free to roam, foraging as they please and housed safely overnight in small groups, the flavour of our Bronze Turkeys is like no other. All thanks to the stress-free and happy lives that our birds lead. All of our Bronze Turkeys are sourced from our main supplier, Stuart Perkins, with a smaller number coming from Caldecott Farm. Both Stu and Caldecott rear truly free-range birds, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare. Serves 10 - 12 people This product is only available for delivery on our Christmas delivery days (Thu 19 Dec, Fri 20 Dec, Sat 21 Dec, Sun 22 Dec, Mon 23 Dec, Tue 24 Dec)

I cooked this joint for our Christmas Day lunch and it was succulent, moist and delicious. Easy to cook, a dream to carve and plenty for cold cuts & sandwiches on Boxing Day. I would buy the joint again.

This is the best turkey we have ever tasted and it will certainly be our first choice next year. The meat was succulent, dense but moist, and had a wonderful flavour. It was easy to cook and to carve, and was equally good hot or in sandwiches. Brilliant!

My father in law said it was the best turkey he has ever had and he is 82 ! Lovely product and made Christmas Day so easy and enjoyable

Be careful not to over cook, use a meat thermometer it cooks quicker than the recommendation. Absolutely beautiful, melt in the mouth perfect. Nothing extra was added except a little salt and pepper, rubbed with butter and some sage and thyme to the tray. We will be having a bronze turkey breast for Christmas from now on.
