Barber's 1833 Cheddar is made using milk sourced from Holstein Friesian cows. We have selected this flagship cheese from the Barber cheddars as it’s flavour at its best. The cheese is matured for 24 months, during which it develops a rich, intense flavour, finishing off with a smooth, creamy and crunchy texture. The Barber family have been farming and producing high-quality cheddar cheese in Somerset since 1833. Very tasty and creamy cheese. Recommend it with F&F chutney or a pickled onion and some crusty bread.
