Made with traditional starter cultures, West Country milk and age-old methods, Barber’s Farmhouse Mature Cheddar has PDO status (Protected Designation of Origin). Typically matured for up to 12 months, it’s less intense than the 1833 vintage cheddar but still full of flavour and character.
