Spiced with salt, Tellicherry pepper and juniper berries, this handmade artisan charcuterie is a versatile and satisfying treat. We have a close relationship with Somerset Charcuterie, who supply us with some the UK’s finest chorizos and salamis. Made in salt chambers in specialist hanging rooms, the flavours and texture of this award-winning charcuterie are unique. Our duck comes from Creedy Carver Farm in Devon. In 1998, younger son James joined the family business and added free range duck to their selection. Their duck is now regarded as some of the finest in the UK and are some of the only free range, dry plucked ducks on the market. The team rear their birds to the highest welfare standards. The ducks are free to roam the farm’s grassy fields and are left to grow at a natural rate. This leads to wonderfully succulent meat.
