Our unsmoked cured gammon has been dry-cured by our butchers resulting in the most deliciously sweet and tender meat. Cut from the hind leg, this joint is packed full of flavour. To get the most out of your gammon, we recommend poaching in a pan with onions, peppercorns and bay leaves, before transferring to a hot oven with your sticky glaze of choice. Serves 4 people Our gammon is made with 100% British pork from outdoor reared pigs, sourced exclusively from the South West of England.

Such a great cut of meat, I simmer first with allspice and bay, then finish off in the oven with a honey & mustard glaze. Delicious!

Smoked this on our BBQ and it was delicious with all the rubs and glaze we plied it with but it barely fed 4 people and there were no leftovers, very disappointing, wouldn't order it again.

This was boiled and then finished with a marmalade glaze in the oven. Not too salty and a very good flavour and very tender. Much better than any supermarket product. Good value.
