“The matting and the resin were great, the top coat was really poor quality, I have since found out that the manufacturer sell it as a sub standard product for non critical applications with no warranty. I've bought another product and wouldn't use this again.”

Using the kit builder will create a premium fire rated kit with warranty. On a posistive note the low cost kit will last 25 years + once installed correctly on osb tongue and groove. And in dry conditions, with the correct ratios on application.
