“If I could give a negative 5 star rating I would do so. The company and service (two similar orders, on two separate occassions), where very similar problems occurred.
The order was placed, payment was taken. But then the company denied having ever received an order from myself... therefore I then checked with my paying bank that the payment had been sent to the company(which they confirmed that the payment had been processed),then I contacted the company once more(but only via email as there phone system keeps cutting you off when you call. This senario is kept going for up to 5 days, with the company denying that they have an order from myself, and also no payment being received!!!. Then after that period of chasing and emailing with no replies, then suddenly a order confirmation is received!!!
What an awful company to deal with, and being insulted with them saying that they have never received an order from me for up to five day after placing the order. This happened on two occassion within a 2 month period.
I will not be dealing with this unprofessional company ever again., and neither will my building renovation companies.”

We did email you after you let us know you have no order confirmation to check spam. The email was sent!!
You requested an update on Monday, so as explained the order would be processed on Friday!
Collected on Monday, Had you have read the delivery info you would see that delivery days are Monday to Friday, we even have a box with a countdown timer on the checkout
Here's the tracking via DHL . 1 day for delivery!!!
11th May 2021 11:02 Your parcel 41304590012435 is delivered
11th May 2021 08:20 Your parcel 41304590012435 is out for delivery
11th May 2021 00:20 Your parcel 41304590012435 is at the delivery depot

Delivery took ONE DAY, That the 1st order wrapped up, No wrongdoing on our part whatsoever.
The 2nd order! We didn't deny the order wasn't placed for the sake of it, you never had a 2nd order in the system. You even asked us to check with a different email address as you were not sure.. again no order. This was in the Am at around lunchtime, see screenshot below, we did tell you there's no order. within 20 mins, I can't see how this took 5 days? see screenshot

You then placed an order at the time below 3 hours later, after some support via email you realized the order was not placed correctly.

All in all, what an earth are you talking about here? to publicly shame a company that hasn't done anything wrong isn't right at all. Thankfully we have an opportunity to reply to the review you left us.
