Kevin, you were fully aware that parcels 2-3-4-5 were missing in transit and that we have in a place a full order of replacement parts, not sure why you have left this review when we have been in good comms with your self to arrange parts on your return from a holiday.
Very disappointed to have seen your comments today, had we have ignored all your emails I would fully understand.
Our customer service has been outstanding.
We would never ever allow a customer to pay for an order and not let the goods arrive.
