Kevin, you were fully aware that parcels 2-3-4-5 were missing in transit and that we have in a place a full order of replacement parts, not sure why you have left this review when we have been in good comms with your self to arrange parts on your return from a holiday.
Very disappointed to have seen your comments today, had we have ignored all your emails I would fully understand.
Our customer service has been outstanding.
We would never ever allow a customer to pay for an order and not let the goods arrive.

“All items delivered except the protective gloves which is understandable in these times of the effects of Covid 19, however, there was no prior notification of the likelihood of these not been available or of reimbursement on a pre-paid order. Under these unprecedented circumstances I will write to request that any shortfall be donated to a charity.”
