Sincere apologies for you not being able to get through on the phone to us, we were extremely busy on calls when you tried to call in.
Eventually we spoke on the phone this morning and although you came through to sale we were very helpful trying to get to the bottom of the issue for you, When we emailed your shipped conformation we do explain any delivery related issues are dealt with via email you would also hear this on the intro when you call in. This is the fastest way to resolve any issues.
Unfortunately carrier related issues are something outside of our control. switching suppliers is not something we can do due to the hazardous nature of the items we are limited for choice. 95% of all our orders have no issues. sometimes things do go wrong, damaged items, missing items, our objective is to resolve as quick as possible and reduce the amount of inconvenience the best we can.
I can see from talking with us in the morning 1 hour later a replacement order was created without hesitation and should be with you next working day. Had you of emailed us on the day of your concern this would of been resolved very quickly.
