“Watch looks great, however, when staff adjusted the strap to fit my wrist. The pin would not seat properly and kept falling out. Watch would have kept falling off my wrist. My purchase lasted approx 2 hours, before getting a full refund. Staff advised me they thought there was a fault on the item.”

“This wasn’t the watch I had intended to buy. I was, however, disappointed by the size of the watch-face. The helpful shop assisted pointed me towards the Citizen watch and explained its benefits. I bought the watch without hesitation.”
