“BEST SERVICE EVER! And quality goods at competitive/reasonable price. We’d gone to 4 jewellers at Lakeside before this one and ALL just directed us to a cabinet/window or said “look on line”. But Peter approached us, suggested different chains/lengths, asked if I’d like to try them on and actually got them out of the cabinet for me to try on and explained the difference and gave advice whilst I was doing so. He also listened, because this was a Christmas present for me, from my Mum, and it was for a locket of my late fathers. He was very respectful and realised it’s importance. It was partly broken so offered to either reclip it or have it cleaned and a new clasp fitted (which we chose) and even offered to replace the battery in my dads watch for free. THIS is the kind of service that I’d dying out and the kind that makes you feel comfortable enough to buy - HE is mostly why we bought there and nowhere else. But, adding to that, they had the best selection of chains, more styles than in other stores and the prices were much more value for money and reasonable than the other jewellers. So glad we came across this place, many, many thanks. The chain looks lovely on, is very strong so won’t break even with a heavy pendant on. It’s heavy, but not chunky - it’s just the right balance if you’re a man looking for a men’s chain that’s more in line with neutral/women’s chains but still looks masculine/like it’s mens. Really, really pleased. Don’t go to the other jewellers, go here - if you want actual service and very good service at that. First rate. Thank you :)”
