“I had to buy a thicker chain as my finer one broke. I purchased both from Hinds. When I asked if I could get the finer one mended, the assistant told me it would cost as much as a new one, so I was pursuaded to buy a new one. Yes, I'm happy with it, but I would have preferred the original, finer one to be fixed, at a lower price.”

“Clasp on chain wouldn't do up after 1 month, took it back to the Carmarthen store, where I had purchased it, shop lady rude and brusque made me claim on my insurance even though I told her after I month it was clearly faulty, then it took me 6 weeks to get a new chain back, even though head office had told them to replace the chain after 8 days of sending faulty chain back. I only got a new one as I travelled to the store after repeatedly being told on the phone the chain hadn't been returned. Your store never once rang me to keep me informed. No apologies, just a "Don't know what happened there!". Then told me I would have to purchase more insurance, I didn't, I will not be dealing with your jewellers again.”

“very reasonable priced chain.your sales guy was an absolute delight ,so very patient ,we had a good chat and a laugh.made the visit all the more enjoyable.forgot his name.”
