No warning was given that tanzanite is a fragile stone not suitable for everyday wear, nor any specific care/maintenance advice, which was disappointing. We came into the branch asking for a sapphire ring specifically as its known to be a more resilient stone, rather than a pretty dress ring that may last 5-10 years at most.”
