“Blade kept popping out of razor. Contacted customer services and they asked me to take a video! Complete lack of trust in me saying it didn’t work. Wasn’t prepared to take a video in the shower and so cancelled subscription. Shocking customer service.”

“Love this. You get a lovely weighty personalised razor hanldle in a choice of colours, with a shower hook. The blades are great - lovely smooth shave, and if you sign up to the subscription you need never run out of blades again. You can even choose your frequency. What's not to love. Definitely recommend!”
