Sorry about the issue you had with this zipper. Occasionally things do go wrong. I am glad that you requested a replacement and that this has been sent out to you. I am sure that you won't have any more issues. This is one of our best selling jackets and we have had very few problems with it.

The rear pocket would probably fit the smaller size jackets fine but it’s too small to stuff the 44 jacket into. Can the rear pockets be proportional to the amount of fabric in the jacket?”
“The only reason for 4 stars is I havent been out yet in heavy rain to test waterproofing out. It's a warm, lightweight roomy jacket. I sized up as advised but could have got away with my usual size. Arms and length are generous and have the usual Flab realistic sizing and shape for a lass! And it fit into my back pocket fine.. Compared to the pricing and stupidly small sizing of the shakedry range, this is for real people. Sure the rainy ride will come soon to establish the rest !”
