I am sorry that you have been disappointed. This sounds like a fit issue. As a rule our gear is very long in the body so this feedback is unusual. We are always on hand to help with sizing and fit and can usually solve most fit issues with a few photographs and some logical thinking.

Only recommendation, would be as others have said it doesn't really fit into the rear pack pocket, which is obviously an intent given the double-sided zip, perhaps make the rear pocket slightly larger, or direct us to a video demonstrating how to make it fit ;-) - to quote Richard Wall on the chat "some origami specialist" technique needed”

“Being half from Yorkshire and half from Scotland, I was wondering how I could get excited about an expensive plastic cagoule. in fairness, the material is light and excellent, it's been designed well with decent adjustable grips around neck and waist. The elastic grips around the wrists might be a tiny bit tighter. But surprisingly enough, this looks to be actually good value for money....”
