I agree we have dropped the ball on this.
Unfortunately the customs situation for Ireland is increasingly complex and our warehouse has not followed teh porer procedure on this occassion. As this was the last item, we have had to wait for it to be returned to us, before being able to send it out to you again, hence the delay.
This has now been dispatched and I can only apologise for the situation and assure you that we are usually better than this but circumstances have been against us.
