“I purchased the jacket easily enough. The website was fine to navigate around. My issue is the jacket was bought on a Monday, on the Tuesday I had an email saying it had been delivered and my 2nd name was used at the signed for name. I stay alone and was working on the Tuesday. After contacting Leslie a few times she caused up UK mail. Then yesterday, a week after I bought the jacket I received a card through my door saying my parcel was in the shed. Where as a week I had no card and could only see online that it had been signed for. The jacket was for a night out and over a week late, so that side of things really sucked”

“I opted for the 24 hour delivery option with my order because I urgently required my item to be delivered the next day. Although the item was indeed sent on the same day, the item itself did not arrive for a further four days. While I appreciate the fault here lies predominantly with Parcelforce, I am disappointed with the service I received when I sought help from the customer services team at Fat Budda. Despite explicitly asking the the young man I spoke on the phone to, to contact Parcelforce, he instead told me to contact them myself to find the whereabouts of my item. Given that I am the third party to the shipping agreement between Fat Budda and Parcelforce, I found it inappropriate that I, the customer should have to track down the parcel myself. Disappointing service, unhelpful customer service and therefore Fat Budda will not be receiving my future custom.”

“Purchase process was very unclear and next day delivery terms were not made visible, meaning i was charged for next day delivery even though a purchase after 3.30pm is not eligible for next day delivery. The business owner was extremely rude and obnoxious when questioned about this and was completely disinterest in offering anything in terms of a delivery charge refund or a good will gesture on my next purchase. To compound the situation i paid for the trainers on 23rd July (Wednesday) with next day delivery. I didn't receive the item til 26th (Saturday) after a lot of chasing (5+ phone calls) of Parcel Force on my part. The store has a great selection but unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. I will not be shopping here again and no recommendations will be forthcoming.”
