“I bought a travel gift set as a Christmas present for my Brother, and when he opened the gift he found that the aftershave contained within the set had already been opened and used, and was missing a third of it's contents. Our guess is that Fat Buddha had included a pre-used 'tester' bottle of aftershave within the gift set. Very disappointing, and embarrassing for me.”

“Where is my order RS791906238GB How can they not have such information about the departure, if it should be determined in transit. Departure is not determined in Russia. The departure is lost or you are misleading me. Terrible service. You told me the order was shipped on Thursday July 12th. Then he said he would send on Monday. It seems to me that you did not send it and now you justify yourself.”

“I ordered a paint can with next day delivery, in which cost more than the actual can, I ordered the can on the Thursday and I was informed that there was an accident regarding the delivery of my package on the Friday or Saturday. I replied saying no problem is it possible that I could get a re fund due to the fact that it hasn’t arrived on time and isn’t scheduled to arrive for another 2 days. In which they replied of course. Not seeing this email until the next day I said great if we could follow up the refund that would be brilliant to which they replied that it’s already reached the depot, even tho it wasn’t supposed to until the Monday.”

“The spray I bought does not work, it took a king time to arrive and I cannot use it. The paint comes out very faintly and does not paint the article. I have sent 2 emails about this .”

“Fat Buddha have not only, not delivered my parcel to me on time. But have also made me feel like an idiot for not receiving it. The customer service has been shoddy and i have still yet to receive my parcel. I don't understand how hard it is to deliver an item on time to the specified address. They have been sarcastic and inappropriate in emails and i think its completely ridiculous.”

“Received the wrong colour item, had to take the myself to the nearest Doddle location miles away, now still waiting apparently for the item to reach your warehouse in order to start the replacement process. I have sent images by email immediately, and since is your error i would have expected an immediated replacement, by collecting the wrong item when delivering the correct colour item.”
