“The item I ordered, I can only assume, must have been ex display. It had a pen mark on it, the price tag had been untied and stuffed in a pocket and it came with no protective packaging - it was not even in a cellophane bag! I thought about ordering a new one but it was now out of stock! I was pretty disgusted that a retailer would even think selling something in this state was acceptable!”

“I phoned before purchasing to ask advise and was given the clearly lied to. I ask if the temp cans would rub off on people’s clothes and was assured it would not. However when I sprayed my items the paint would come off straight away. I had to go out and buy a completely new set of cans”

“Received these redwing shoes (noticed the scratch ), informed fat Buddha ,and was told that a new pair wouldn’t be here in time for the occasion i needed them for ! But they said they would send me the boot cream out which would get rid of the scratch , so I accepted the shoes as they were (I needed these for a wedding ) I didn’t have time to get some alternatives , and thought the Boot cream would be a good Idea . Two weeks later I received an email of this company saying that the boot cream had been returned to them (returned to sender ) never heard anything so stupid in my life !! I wish I’d sent the Boots back instead of wearing them for the wedding ! The scratch in them is quite evident , I was tricked into accepting these and stupidly enough i believed that some boot cream was in the way which would get rid of the scratch !!!! I emailed them saying I still haven’t received the cream And had nothing to this day !!!! Wouldn’t buy from this company again , it’s left A very sour taste in my mouth !!!”

“My T-shirt was at least two sized larger than expected without this discrepancy being noted on the site. When queried on the sizing of other sizes, the store refused to provide sizing measurements or any further information. Now I'm supposed to wait 45 days to get my money back. Very disappointed!”
