“Received the item but the nozzle was missing, asked for another one to be sent but never received it. When I contacted about a refund, I was told that I had to return the item and that it would not qualify for free return. Disappointing customer service and a company that doesn’t accept responsibility for sending out an incomplete order. Wouldn’t order from them again.”
