“If you would like to actually receive your product I would not buy from this website. I didn’t want to leave this review as Fat Buddha appear to be a small business until I had given them chance to rectify the issue but Royal Mail dumped the package outside my flat when I wasn’t in and state they have delivered it. I sent evidence in the form of concert tickets that it was physically impossible for me to be in at the time the package was delivered (in fact I was out between 12pm -12am and the package was supposedly delivered at 3pm) and I have been refused a refund or a replacement item to be sent out. Overall I have been charged £80 for a fjallraven bag which I have NEVER received and have not been offered any refund or any form of compensation even though I have provided evidence (which is more than many people can offer) that I simply wasn’t in and it was impossible for me to have received the package. Not happy.”
