Hi Nigel, Sorry to hear you weren't happy, there has been a price increase by Red Wing lately and we maybe used the wrong label unfortunately and I'm really sorry about that. With regards to the shipping cost, we can't do much about it as it actually costs us more than £4 to ship but we try to keep it as low as we can. Everything is getting more expensive these days for us all but I hope the laces last you for years.
