“I received the first product on time, but unfortunately, it was damaged. The lock was not attached and it was a big disappointment. I contact them and send them a picture of the Wine Gift box, without any further questions, they offer to send me another box with express delivery. Overall, I was lucky that the party was postponed to a week later and this delay did not change my plan much. I will buy from them again as they are one of the only UK-based producers of such products. The boxes are wooden and not paper-based like others and they are classic! But this time, I will give myself a bit more time, in case something like this happens again.”

“‘I was so delighted with my Personalised Two Bottle Wooden Wine Gift Box that I bought two more. They make excellent gifts. The people I bought them for were delighted with their presents and the engraved message made it very special for them. The service is excellent I had an enquiry and Jude in customer service sorted it out immediately she was so efficient and friendly. The delivery was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company and would order again.”

“When my two bottle wooden gift box arrived it wasn’t personalised. I phoned up customer services and I was speaking to a very polite friendly and efficient lady I think maybe she was called Judy or Jude. She sorted out my order straight away and advised me on the font to use as I wasn’t very sure. She said she would deal with my order straight away and that it would arrive in a couple of days and so it did. I was delighted with my personalised box. It as a present for my son moving into his new home and he was really impressed with the box and loved the engraving on it. I would really recommend this company their product was really lovely, the delivery was very fast and their customer service was excellent.”
