“It came without the lining - I phoned up thinking they would send me another, they only send me this lining on a piece of cardboard which I had to put in - it gaped along the long side - the lining was frayed at the corners - was not impressed - I was embarrassed giving it as a present - the one I had before was beautiful - just this last order that let them down”

“I was disappointed with the product. It is feels poorly made and cheap. The lining in the box was not stuck down properly and the engraving was poor quality too. This was a gift and it was disappointing but the photos and description make it out to be excellent quality. I wouldn’t buy another one.”
