“For the price, I am a little disappointed the playing surface insert is a printed laminate and the checkers are plastic. 'Walnut Wood' is misleading and I probably wouldn't have purchased had I known.”

“Wood feels like plywood with a veneer. Also the dice feel small and therefore feels cheap. In my opinion it was not worth £55. This feels like a £25 board.”

Hi Jason, The product description states that the board is a printed board. We do have solid wood boards, but due to the production costs on these they are more expensive.
