“The champagne flutes are beautiful, however the engraving was poor quality. I bought the same flutes from another company two years ago and the engraving, one initial per flute, looked as if it had been cut in to the glass. Hoping to achieve the same, as previous company has discontinued this particular flute, I was very disappointed to see that the engraving looked as if it had been scratched on to the glass, as if it had been done at some cheap market stall.”
