“The flask is fantastic, and my son loves it. What is even better than that is the service I received. in my haste, I'd ordered two identical flasks. F and T called my land line....not one....but TWICE to check, after one of the engravers wondered if the second order was actually required. They cancelled the second one with no quibble. I would def. use them for special gifts again.”
