“Knives are fine...it's your security that is in doubt...my bank said you had. Security breach when I purchased these knives ..your staff do not agree..I was left with no access to any money as they suspended my account, until January. My details have been stolen and I'm being scammed out of money. Interesting to hear a response from someone higher up the company, not customer service.”
