“Bought this set as a Christmas gift for my husband who likes to cook but always complained that our knives just "did not cut it"! These are beautiful knives, nicely weighted and cut like a dream. The fact that they stay sharpened each time they are re-inserted in the block is a real bonus. Very happy with this purchase.”
