“When the necklace arrived, I’d assumed it would be all silver as is supposed to be sterling silver. It was an expensive item I expected nothing less but when it arrived the first 6 links on each side were tarnished, unlike the rest. I used a silver polish cloth to shine it up but it only did so much and those are not as bright as the rest. Very disappointing as it was so expensive.”
