“Chess board is great, only issue was brass plate with engraving on was badly tarnished. It was a gift so didn't know until it was opened by my son. Which is a shame as it was a special gift that was engraved. Wouldn't buy from company again because of this. But the chess set it great”

“Beautiful gift which we were able to personalise for our son going off to university. First set was destroyed by Royal Mail accident in shipping but when I phoned the company and told them, they sent us a new one just in time for our son leaving. I feel that was such great customer service. Thank you very much!!”
