“The pen was beautiful and perfect but the engraving of the name I paid for as it was a leaving gift was very disappointing. It was so thin and small it needed a magnifying glass to be able to read it . I had to give it anyway as the leaving party was only a few days away but I’m afraid I would not order the same service again”
