“I had previously given a negative review with supporting photographs based on the poor quality of the engraving of the Opinel knife. F&B obviously saw this and without any fuss or even contacting me, simply sent out a replacement within days of me posting the review. Based on this I am delighted with the high level of customer service provided and would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Bought this for my son's 21st as a gift from his sister. Item arrived super quick, and I was delighted with the quality and engraving on the knife handle. My son was delighted with his gift, especially as it comes with a case he can carry the knife safely around with him when mushroom hunting. The free sharpening stone was an added bonus.”
