“I bought 3 sets of cuff links for myself, my father and my brother to be worn on my wedding day. I had each set engraved with initials. The cuff links looked great except that one set arrived quite badly scratched. I have attached a photo - taken when the set was removed from its box. Could I have a replacement please?”
