“I have never purchased from Farrar and Tanner before and I must say I was extremely pleased with the quality of the cufflinks and the presentation box. I'm sorry to see this, our service is very important as we know that many of our orders are gifts and therefore date specific. There have been some recent Royal Mail postage strikes, but they have been one or two days at a time so the gift should still have reached him.
