“Not overly impressed ordered a beanie and mug set. Was sent a belt. Apparently my order was out of stock and they decided to use a supermarkets tactic of sending any old nonsense. Apparently will be sending what I ordered but appalling communication. Not sure when it will come and I stated I didn’t have access to a printer to return the belt I was sent. That was ignored. Sort out your pickers and communication team.”

Having read the email thread I can see that you informed our team you are happy to wait until for stock to be replenished, and your order is currently on back order.
