“Item was lovely - but 2 stars knocked off for poor quality customer service. The ‘gift box’ was dirty and damaged. Not something you package a £50 item in. Tried calling customer service, no answer and no call back. Contacted via Facebook and each message took over a day to get a response. We had to give the item with out the box in the end. Lovely item but would not from this company again”

“We bought this football for our fourteen year old Jack Russell Terrier, Victor. He was recently diagnosed with a terminal illness and having a new football has really cheered him up. He loves playing with it in the garden. The football is of excellent quality and standing up well to Victor's frequent games with it. The football is his prized possession and he has rated it five stars.”

“Before I ordered the football I Emailed to check if it would definitely be blown up before it arrived . A reply quickly replied that this would be. I went straight on to order it for my husband’s birthday . When it arrived it wasn’t blown up . I was so disappointed. My husband ( a great guy) said it was ok but we had no idea where to take it to because of the Lock Down. Days later we found a friend who’s son had a pump. We Emailed you again and was told £10 would be refunded to us . A totally unexpected gesture. Thanks so much”
