“The belt itself was of good quality but they ruined it by engraving it upside down. Still Don understand how that could happen. Was meant to be for my wedding day so it left me in need for quickly sourcing a replacement”

Oliver, I am so sorry to read this - it's so unlike us to have not picked this up before it was sent, we are already training for our Christmas staff and this must have slipped through, it's very embarrassing to admit and I am investigating to make sure this doesn't happen again. “Pocketsize neat leather notebook embossed with company initials internal notebook and pen can be replaced as and when needed but leather will last for some length of time - in this case will be used as quick noe book kept beside telephone - good quality item for decent price”
