“I was happy with the item itself but was very disappointed with how it arrived. The box it was packaged in was ripped and the box all dented and discoloured. It looked like an item that had been at the back of a cupboard for a long time. Due to the timescale I had no option but to keep the item and present the gift without the packaging, but for the price I paid and considering this is a premium brand and product I was very disappointed.”
