“The glass is not as impressive as it looks. The tin container is not very suitable for a gift and other websites offering this glass engraved have gift boxes which may look better. I chose Farrer and Tanner for better delivery time which was excellent. The engraved words seemed very small so not what I was expecting at all. The customer service was excellent when I made a complaint and they refunded the engraving fee but I would rather have had a better gift for my neighbour who was 60.”

Hi Catherine, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the product packaging. We aren't able to change or swap this out as this is how the whisky glass is sent to us from Dartington.
