“I was delighted with all aspects of this purchase. The service initially I received was friendly and I formative. The website easy to negotiate and clear. I was updated and informed, which was positively viewed. The actual product ‘does what it says on the box’ as they say. No complaints there. I have since returned to browse the website several times looking for possible presents for family and friends. My only concern it that you make it too easy to spend my hard earned cash on lovely well made gifts!!! “After I recurved my knife , which was good but not very sharpe , I’d did contact you customer services , not regarding my purchase but concerning your policy on sending bladed items through the post . I have bought bladed items before and always had to sign on receipt , no such check from yourself which is concerning . Your customer services ignored my email which was even more concerning .”
