“Since you have emailed me numerous times asking for a review. I ordered a personalised hip flask from you for my Best Man at my wedding. The flask was delivered promptly and seemed great but not long after having it in his inside pocket during the wedding he realised it had leaked everywhere. We've since tested the flask and it leaks from the lid even when tightened fully. I've emailed you twice asking if the faulty item can be replaced and have had zero response, that was two weeks ago. Can't say I'd buy from you again or recommend you to anyone else to be honest. Maybe this requested review may grant a response?”
