“A lovely product and well packaged on arrival. Bought as a Christmas present for my partner but decided to return to swap for the Renfrew set of whisky tumblers instead out of personal preference. Great customer service with this request and so I would definitely consider purchasing other products from Farrar & Tanner in the future.”

“Bought these for my husband for Christmas and was very disappointed to find one of the coasters had snapped in half in transit. Was too late to return as I wanted them for Christmas Day. Tumblers are lovely but terrible pity that we can’t use the coasters!!”
