“The bag was lovely. A perfect gift. Only disappointment was the engraved luggage tag. What was attached to bag, by a link chain for sales tags, was a square piece of leather. This had the name of company on one side and the engraved letters on other side. It was nothing like the picture that was displayed on the Web site. This was a luggage tag with a strap attachment. The cost of having the engraving does not merit what was sent. Hence the 3 stars Quick delivery. Well packaged. Would not go for engraving or gift wrap next time. Nit worth the money spent. Bag is very good value though”
