“The flask is just what I wanted for my son’s 18th birthday. I have twins so I also bought the brown one. Whilst ordering the second one I had a problem with my iPad and the flask was ordered without engraving. Upon realising I contacted Farrar and Turner who very kindly added the engraving at no extra cost. Great product and excellent service.”
