“Shocking! Not engraved like I paid for. Broken on arrival. Customer service just terrible. I had to pay somebody else to fix the box and find an engraver so my dad had his Christmas present on time. I do not recommend this company at all.”

Hi Becky, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to see that your order wasn't engraved and the order arrived damaged. I can see that we responded to your email on the same day that you had contacted us. On the 27th of December we had asked if you'd like a replacement set sent out, or a full refund, but are yet to hear back from you. I will follow up shortly with an email to resolve this Asap. “This was a present for my dad birthday it’s beautiful and has been out of many occasions he’s over the moon with it would highly recommend fantastic quality looks more expensive than it is well worth the money”
