“I have had a knife block in the past which I thought was good but this knife block far outweighs it. The knife block fits beautifully in my kitchen, the knives are one solid construction but apart from being asthetically good to look at, these knives are the best I have ever used, they are beautiful to hold in the hand, they are excellently weighted, not heavy but not too light and just to really say everything in a few words about the blades, I can cut onions smaller than I have ever cut them before the blades are so precise and crisp.”
