“OMG what unbelievable customer service this company provide cannot be praised enough. I ordered an engraved yellow gold pocket watch for my sons wedding gift, however I should have ordered in Rose gold. I was advised this would not be a problem and once they received the original watch the new one was posted out the same day. Absolutely amazing and Martha in costume services even wished my son a lovely day.”
